All service, repair and warranty work can be performed by your local Fantic bike store. There is a Fantic bike dealer located in most major Australian cities.
Availability and delivery:
The Audi e-Mtb can be purchased either here online from Audi store or authorised Audi dealerships**. Bikes are in stock and can be viewed at the following Audi dealers:

If you choose to purchase the Audi e-Mtb online through Audi Store, the bike will be delivered to your chosen address. The bike only requires minimal assembly meaning the front wheel, front brake pads and handlebars will require attachment. You can either perform the final assembly yourself or take it to a Fantic dealer for setup.*
Notes:
The brake levers are positioned to European settings, meaning the front brake lever is mounted on the left and the rear brake lever is mounted on the right. Your local Fantic dealer can reposition the brake levers if preferred.*
